EVENT SCHEDULE

Guests are admitted to the Margarita Charity Ball as the 2nd Floor foyer area opens at 7:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to stay at the Hotel or to arrive early, as valet parking lines can become quite lengthy.

All activities (Casino, Ball Photos and Cruzan Bar) on the 1st Floor will open at 7:00 PM.

Silent Auction on the 2nd Floor starts at 7:00 PM.

Main Ballroom doors on the 2nd Floor will open at 8:00 PM.

Silent Auction closes at 11:30.

Casino will close at 1:00 AM.

The ball will end at 1:30 AM when “Margaritaville” is played in the Ballroom to signal the end of the event.
